Shipping & Returns

Delivere and make shipment in 1-3days after confirm the payment (If your order is not special,and the quantity is not very much).

 

You can choose whichever method suits you best when you place an order. The following is a list of the different international carriers available on Styleton, estimated time in transit, and where tracking services can be located. Styleton is currently working on some more shipping options, and the day it's available we will tell all our Styleton customers.

Styleton will sent by only shipping method,such as sent by EMS if the order very ethereal and the client have no especial demand;And we maybe sent by DHL or UPS FEDEX if the order more than 3KGs  and the client have no especial demand;also will sent by TNT if have special circs,same as the country's CIQ pass circs and what in the order.Therefore only offer good + quickly+safely+cheaper for client method shipping to sent.

 

 

 

Customs clearance can increase the delivery time if your package is held up by customs officials.

 

International shipping costs are based on a combination of the following:
 

 

  • Weight and dimensions of package

     

  • The location the Styleton is shipping to (also called the destination country or region)

     

 

Therefore, costs may vary greatly depending on what, where and how the Styleton is shipping, and can be considerably higher for international destinations.

Generally, buyers pay additional costs that may apply such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees. For example, international rates may or may not include pickup and door-to-door delivery with customs clearance. Your package will arrive at your door, but then you might need to pay extra international fees.

Before you place an order, you can click the "Calculate shipping cost" link to get the discounted shipping costs to and from any country or region under different shipping methods.

The calculator lists all the shipping costs from different carriers. Simply select the quantity and your country, and then press [Calculate]. 
Note: Credit card or PayPa1 cannot be used as a payment method for shipping methods other than DHL, UPS, TNT and EMS.

 

 

 

Order Tracking

 

When We ships the order, a tracking No. will be provided. You can track your order on carrier company website.

 

Please keep in mind it may take 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to be updated by Carrier Company. If 3 days later, you can not get the tracking information of your order, please contact our service for more information.

 

Warranty & Return

 

Policies about Warranty, Exchange items, Refund are list below

 

Warranty

 

All items sold in Styleton.com Web Site have warranty period, please find exact period in product description.

 

Buyers MUST contact us to send the defective items back for exchange within the warranty period.

 

Our warranty does not extended to any products that are physically damaged or that are not under normal operating conditions as a result of misuse or improper installation on the buyer/user’s part.

 

We will provide a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for each item that needs to be returned. We do not allow returns without first requesting a RMA number.

 

Refunds & Exchange Items

 

Bought Wrong Item:

 

·                    If the buyer purchased a wrong item, then the buyer may request for an exchange or a Store-Credit. The buyer will not be eligible for a refund.

 

·                    The buyer must inform us within the first 15 days of delivery.

 

·                    The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. We will not reimburse the return shipping fee.

 

·                    A 30% restocking fee may be applied for all returns and exchanges at our decision.

 

·                    After receiving the returned item and if the buyer has requested for an exchange, then he is responsible for the reshipping fee and also the price difference of the exchanged items.

 

Shipped Wrong Item:

 

·                    If we have mistakenly shipped a wrong item, then we will reship the correct item as soon as possible.

 

·                    The buyer must inform us within the first 15 days of delivery.

 

·                    Depending on the type of item, we may request for photographic proof or we may request for the wrong item to be returned. We will reimburse the return shipping fee.

 

Defective Item:

 

·                    If an item is DOA (Dead On Arrival) or a fault becomes apparent in the first 15 days of delivery, then the buyer may request for a refund (money-back) or a reship.

 

·                    The buyer must inform us within the first 30 days of delivery.

 

·                    We reserve the right to request for proof that the item is faulty. Depending on the type of item, we may request for photographic proof or we may request for the item to be returned for inspection. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. We will not reimburse the return shipping fee. If the inspection result indicates that the item is not faulty, then the buyer is only eligible for a Store-Credit instead of a refund or reships.

 

·                    After verification and if the buyer has requested for a refund, then we will refund the price of the item only. We will not refund the initial shipping fee. We will not reimburse the return shipping fee.

 

·                    After verification and if the buyer has requested for a reship, then we will send out a replacement item as soon as possible. We are responsible for the reshipping fee. We will not reimburse the return shipping fee. However, if a replacement item is not available, then we will issue a refund instead.

 

Lost Item:

 

·                    An item is considered lost if it does not reach the buyer after 6 weeks of delivery.

 

·                    After the 6th week, the buyer is eligible for a full refund or a reship.

 

·                    We are responsible for the reshipping fee.

 

Out-of-Stock Item:

 

·                    If the buyer does not want to wait for an out-of-stock item and if he has paid by PayPa1, then we will refund via PayPa1.

 

·                    If the buyer does not want to wait for an out-of-stock item and if he has chosen to pay by credit card, then we will simply cancel the item and the order. The credit card will not be charged.

 

Wrong Address & Undeliverable Address:

 

·                    If the buyer informs us that he has provided a wrong shipping address, then we will try to intercept the order but we cannot guarantee it because we ship out orders very quickly.

 

·                    If the buyer has provided a wrong address and if the order is returned to us, then the buyer may request for a reshipment or a Store-Credit. The buyer is responsible for the reshipping fee. The Store-Credit is the price of the item.

 

·                    If the buyer has provided a wrong address and if the order is not returned to us, then we are not responsible for anything.

 

·                    If the order is returned to us due to undeliverable address (or other unknown reasons), then the buyer may request for a reshipment or a Store-Credit. The buyer is responsible for the reshipping fee. The Store-Credit is the price of the item.

 

Cancelled Order:

 

·                    If the buyer requests to cancel an order, then we will try to intercept the order but we cannot guarantee it because we ship out orders very quickly.

 

·                    If the order can be intercepted and if the buyer has paid by PayPa1, then we will cancel the order and refund the full amount via PayPa1.

 

·                    If the order can be intercepted and if the buyer has chosen to pay by credit card, then we will simply cancel the order. The credit card will not be charged.

 

·                    If the order cannot be intercepted, then we cannot cancel the order. The buyer may return the item for a Store-Credit. The buyer will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Instruction for Returning Item:

 

·                    Please contact us get a special number BEFORE returning the item.

 

·                    Items without appointed number will not be accepted.

 

·                    Write the number on the front of the package.

 

·                    The returned item must be in original packaging.

 

·                    For faster processing, please include a copy of your packing slip and write down your reasons.

 

·                    Please send your return package to the appointed address.

 

·                    The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. We will not reimburse the return shipping fee (unless when we have shipped the wrong item).

 

·                    Please allow 10 business days to process your returns or exchanges.

 

·                    We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges for any reasons.

 

Definitions:

 

·                    Initial shipping fee = the cost to ship an ordered item.

 

·                    Return shipping fee = the cost to ship an item back to us.
